vIP at a Glance

  • Program Dates: April 1 through September 10, 2010.
  • Participants: CCE ADMs, DSMs, KADMs, AMOPs, MDMs, TAMs, and TDMs for all Market Units except: Arizona, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, San Diego and Upstate NY/East PA.
  • Base Structure:
    • If your Market Unit achieves an overall blended penetration rate of 70% for all vitaminwater brands in A/B accounts across all tradesales channels by September 10, 2010, all eligible employees will earn 1,000 CCEperQs each.
    • Or, if your Market Unit achieves a 10-point increase over your baseline penetration rates, all eligible employees will earn 500 CCEperQs each.
    • You must achieve a penetration increase over your base to be eligible for awards. Baselines for improvement were established as of January 31, 2010.
